All trade orders made through this website are conducted under Real & Exciting Designs standard terms and conditions, all of which are stated below.

• All cards are packed in units of 6
• First order Proforma (without credit account application)
• Carriage paid £120
• Surcharge Highlands & Islands
• Terms 30 days net No sale or return
• Damages and shortages must be notified in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods
• Title of goods remains with Real & Exciting Designs until settlement is made in FULL

In addition to our standard terms and conditions we reserve the right to claim retention of title, the right to charge interest on overdue accounts and the right to share data with trade associations and trade credit circles.
